Sure! Guests are able to view our fleet in advance and select which vehicle best suits their needs. We can’t guarantee availability, but we will do our best to accommodate you.
This will depend on your specific reservation. Most bookings require full payment at the time of booking, but larger jobs may require only a 50% deposit to hold the reservation.

We allow food and/or alcohol on board for any private transport/tour, as long as passengers pick up trash and clean any spills. We ask that you refrain from bringing glass bottles and messy foods. If your group fails to clean up any messes thoroughly, you may be charged a $300 cleaning fee.
Yes; guests can play their own music via Bluetooth connection. Please speak with our reservation specialists in advance about playing your own music on the vehicle so we can accommodate your request.
Yes. Our luxury Motor Coaches feature some of the best amenities of all the vehicles in our fleet, including TV screens for watching movies during long rides.
Basic gratuity is included in all quotes. Additional gratuities are not required but are highly encouraged. You may pay cash directly to your driver or include additional gratuity in your final bill.
No; the Audubon Coach team will map out the best routes and parking spots. However, it is best to have a detailed itinerary created before you call that includes all the places your group wants to visit and your lodging arrangements (if a multi-day or long-distance trip) so we can plan your route more accurately.
You don’t need to worry about food or drinks for your chauffeur, but you will need to reserve lodging for them at or near your hotel for overnight trips. Always let your hotel know you are traveling on a charter bus, as they may provide a group discount and/or free lodging for drivers.
Audubon Coach must be notified of any changes or cancellations a minimum of two weeks in advance for a full refund.
In the event of severe weather conditions that prohibit completion of the job, we will offer a 50% refund OR a full credit toward rescheduling or a future booking.
